Shipping policy
This policy applies to all UK orders. It is designed to ensure you are clearly aware of our shipping procedures. By placing an order, you accept the policies outlined below.
A. SHIPPING COSTS
Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders.
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipments are generally in transit for 2-4 days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut-off time: 9:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).
C. DELIVERY TERMS
We use trusted UK courier services to deliver your order.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@astridiabazaar.com.
E. TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email, allowing you to track your parcel until it is delivered.
F. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and get in touch with our customer service team. If the parcel was delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.
